charming stay
tea variety bath salts functional design
I appreciate the tea and bath salts available. location WAS excellent. I could walk to many places. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. the room's design felt both functional and aesthetic to me.
the cleaning schedule was perhaps less frequent than I prefer.

the staff was always great to requests. housekeeping provided fresh towels, and bottled water every day. the staff offered prompt assistance with directions, this eased my exploration of the neighborhood.

communal coffee english speaking staff serene decor
the communal coffee machine was helpful for early starts the staff spoke english well the location was on a quiet street not far from stations i found this convenient. the washing facilities were good i used them with no issues the room was well sized with good amenities. i appreciated the attention to detail in the decor it felt serene and calming.
the soundproofing was poor i could hear the people above me at times

the location was convenient with the subway station a short walk away. i appreciated that the room had a japanese style design. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the soundproofing was not great and i could hear noise from other rooms. the space was limited. there was no closet available , so i used hooks by the door.

the location was excellent being close to the metro. the room had tatami mats. the staff were very helpful. there was also free coffee and ice in the lobby, a nice bonus.
the laundry room was small and often busy. it only had two washing machines and two dryers. getting a chance to wash clothes required patience.

matcha kit comfortable room english proficiency room safe
i stayed in a twin room. it was very very comfy and tidy. the design was nice. i was given an in-room kit, so i could make my own matcha with beautiful ceramics.
the staff spoke almost no english. i could not communicate easily. i needed a safe, but there was not one in my room.

The location was convenient. It was very close to the subway station. The room included free matcha and a coffee machine. the staff was really helpful.
The air conditioning was average. My room was at 20 degrees Celsius. It was like 23 degrees. The cleaning was done every 2 days and there was dust.

the hotel is near restaurants pharmacies and a family mart. free coffee or tea is available anytime from the coffee machine. the hotel provided daily towel and water changes. the rooms were only cleaned every two or three days by default
the air conditioning was average. my room was at 20 degrees celsius but it reminded me of 23 degrees.

the hotel sits one block back from the main street so street noise is minimal. many local restaurants are within a one-block radius. the transit system is a short walk of approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
